2002 Ford Mustang - Battery is draining for no reason?

I replaced the battery in my 2002 Ford Mustang v6 on Monday. It started fine until Friday morning. There was some cranking power but it would not turn over. I waited awhile on the possibility that it had been flooded and then there was no crank. Jumped it in the afternoon and it popped right off. Started fine a few hours later. However, when I went to start it early this afternoon, the battery was dead. I checked to make sure both times that nothing electrical was left on that could have potentially drained the battery. Both times, everything was shut off. It seems as though if my car is shut off in excess of 12 hours, the battery is drained too much to start the engine.

What could be causing this draining of the battery if everything is turned off?

Thank you so much in advance!
I cleaned off the corrosion before replacing the battery last week.
Thanks, Lauren! My disc changer door has been stuck open for the last day or so. I will try that!
