We have replaced all the pulleys and the belt, and the squeal persists. It is intermittant, and happens more when the car is first started. We are at a loss. Any ideas?
The ac is at the top left and it's not crooked or loose or anything.
Other symptoms: The car studders upon acceleration (sometimes) and engine will die after hearing loud squal (again only sometimes). Usually after the car dies it will run just fine with no squealing after restarting the engine.
