M mike b New member Sep 10, 2009 #1 I'm getting real poor gas mileage on my explorer. the air filter, spark plugs, and oil are all new and also the fuel filter. Tires are pumped up. i don't have a lead foot. What are some other things that can make it get crappy gas mileage?

S SVOMAN New member Sep 10, 2009 #2 try a better grade of gas..also let off the gas sooner coming to a light or stop sign..
