New to the forums so I hope I am doing this right. I just got 4 Firestone Destination ATs and installed air shocks in the rear to lift my weak leaf springs in the rear. To try it out I drove my truck back where I cut wood and the route is a little rough. After a bump my radio display went blank. I cut a little wood hoping that it would work when I got in when we left, but unfortunately it didn't. I pressed all of the buttons on it to try and get it to do something. When I press menu, the display shows the time, when I press load it will load a CD and when I press eject it will eject a CD, but it won't play anything. Has anyone had this trouble before, or does anyone know what I could do to fix it? It is a 2002 Ford Explorer Sport 2 door, leather + moon roof + 6 disc change so I am not sure what package that is. Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.
