2002 ford expedition-LOUD rattle-front, drivers side (when warm)?

{2002 Ford Expedition 4wd, 5.4, v8}Horribly loud, vibrating rattle from front drivers side when vehicle is warm. Happens in drive and park but not neutral... I need a real answer please. If you have ever heard of anything like this, please give me an idea of what it may be, how to test it, and/or how to repair it.
