2002 Dodge Stratus horn won't honk when pressed but will when doors are locked?

Every single time I lock the doors on my car, the horn beeps but when I press it on the steering wheel there's nothing...not a sound. I got it to honk one time, but haven't been able to again.

I need to get it inspected first thing in the morning. How do I fix this?!
