2002 Dodge Ram fan motor stuck on high?

It's usually the default setting, full on high, when the motor controller
burns out. That way you at least have heat or air. Not familiar with that model but in most it's the blower motor resistor. sometimes it's part of the motor, sometimes it's not.

motor works any its good

fan control switch most likey has dirty on contract points remove switch clean it with same can of air like one used to clean computer or replace switch
