2002 Dodge Ram 1500 mileage.....?

If a 2002 Dodge Ram 1500 is in good condition, but it has 126,000 miles on it, is that a lot? Will it start having bad mechanical problems? Or does it still have life left in it?
 
I'm not a mechanic but I would think you are ok as long as it looks to be in good shape. Typically I think you can run a truck to 200,000 miles or more.
