2002 Dodge Neon will not start?

02 Dodge neon, auto trans, 78k miles. It was randomly not starting. I think the battery is fine b/c all the dashboard lights and radio come on. I had the spark plugs replaced and starter replaced, but the problem still exist. Now it wont start at all, it will not even turn over. Any suggestions?
 
Have the battery checked for free at an auto parts store. That will give you a definitive answer.
 
Next question is, how old is the battery? If its up to 5 years old, its due to be replaced.
