2002 Dodge neon! HELP!?

My car JUST broke down at a stop light. The engine turns over but clicks,, the lights come on, the windows are powered and they roll up, when I press on the gas I get NOTHING. What could this be? Is this the timing belt? If so, how much will this cost to get it fixed for a 2002 dodge neon!?
