2002 dodge durangoo my 4wd/2wd shifter doesnt work ...it is stuck in Low lock?

2002 dodge durangoo my 4wd/2wd shifter doesnt work ...it is stuck in Low lock...how do i fix this...what do i do?
i tried shifting from Low Lock...and it pop...now the shifter moves freely and its stuck in Low Lock
 
First you must get your truck moving at a low speed then put the your gear selector in neutral then try putting your shifter back in 2wd. that should help work for my ford expedition
