2002 Chrysler Voyager transmission bolts wont tighten.?

I drained AT4, put new filter with o ring and cleaned all “fillings” on magnet. When I started tightening bolts 7 of them wont tighten all the way. Bolts look fine to me, I guess its thread inside in “cover”. When I filled it with four courts of AT4 and drove about 5 miles there were no signs of leak. So what you think?
I went to pepboys and got new bolts (size 8) but they little longer and I’m think I might damage transmission with long bolts…
 
The bolts are bottoming out on garbage left behind in the bottom of the bolt holes. Take out those bolts and clean that crap out of there.
Don't use longer bolts, they will cause trouble. If you have no choice, you could add washers to the longer bolts to compensate for the difference in length.
 
dont use longer bolts. go to parts store and buy a heli-coil kit should be 8mm x 1.25. all you would need is the tools you used and a drill
