2002 chrysler town & county not heating properly?

need help.... so at start, there is no heat (blows out cold air), heat doesn't kick in until after driving it for several minutes. then, it runs fine usually (intermittently gets cool), until i idle. at idle it goes cold. any help?
 
sounds like it's low on fluid, most commonly the water pump leaks, get it checked soon.
