2002 Chrysler T&C Van Power Door Issues?

My neighbor has a 2002 Chrysler Town & Country minivan with power sliding doors. However, these doors do not work properly anymore. The driver's side door will pop open when the button is pushed but wont slide the whole way. and when its manually opened, it sometimes moves an inch or a foot or so and just stops. when it does decide to close, it slides all the way and when it does its final sequence of pulling the door shut, it goes halfway and the door pops open again. the passenger side sometimes works and sometimes it only pops open and wont slide. what is wrong with it? there are no cracked wires. I already checked that
