2002 chrysler sebring lx 4 door sedan?

i have a few problems with my Sebring, every time I turn the steering wheel while on reverse, there is a ticking sound. Also, I've encountered an issue when switching gears (from park to drive) , there seems to be some loud noises coming from the trans every time i do switch as well as some strange force that you can feel as I switch gear. any help? I dont know much on cars and its mechanics
