2002 Chrysler Neon Wiper Blades?

I am going to buy some brand new wiper blades (not just the rubber strips) tomorrow for my 2002 Chrysler Neon and I am not to sure on how to install them. I can never understand from the instructions on the package as they are always very short. Would anyone be able to give me a detailed description of how to do this?
