2002 Chevy Silverado 1500 won't start?

It cut off on me a few days ago so we replaced the fuel pump. Today, it spitted and sputtered at me and gave me a p0452 code. I replaced the fuel pressure tank sensor and now it won't start at all. I've checked the relays and fuses under the hood and all is good. Also, now, I don't hear the fuel pump cutting on and I have a full tank but the gauge is reading empty and there's no fuel in the lines. Any help would be great.
 
Double check the relays on it bec the pump should be kicking in , you can also see if any fuel is before the fuel filter and if so change the fuel filter.Its always best to change the fuel filter when changing the pump or working on fuel tanks.
