2001 Yamaha Warrior 350 nightmare. Help?

New stator/pick up assy. from Ricks Stator. New after market CDI twice. New coil, new spark plug, Flywheel key checks good, timing marks lign, cylinder leak down 0 percent leakage, compression test 150+psi, carb questionable, all electrical test pass per OEM manual. Getting 7mm good blue fire. She just wants to cough and spit back. Will not run.
 
well if its sparkin on the end of that plug,and ur sure the vacuum is pullin in clean air the only thing you can go for next is gas.u do have gas in there dont u??id start by tryin a fresh gallon of non ethanol gas.no matter how good the gas looks or smells thats in it now drain it out.if it still wants to act up id take the top of the carb off and check the diaphram for holes or tears. see if that helps.if the plug turns black your gettin too much gas,not enuf air..a white plug will mean too much air,not enuf gas
