Are you sure it is leaking radiator fluid? If it is and only happens when the ac is on then you have a heating problem and are overflowing. The leak may just be condensation from the ac system though.
The noise can mean the AC pump clutch or something else in the pump may be going bad or just an old serpentine belt that needs replaced.
