When the temperature is lower my jeep wrangler runs poorly. The engine light comes on and it blinks when the vehicle is moving. It seems as though it isn't getting the oxygen it needs. When the temperature outside warms up the engine runs fine and the light goes off. Any advice would help. I did change out the iac and it didn't help.
