2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo 4.0. Coming from a stop I have to excelerate

more then usual.? Finally after the car gets moving a lilttle bit the transmission feels like something unsticks and frees up and then it will excelerate like normal. I have changed Transmission fluid and filter twice along with the neutral safety switch and transmission speed sensor. Anyone have any ideas I could use a little help here, I have an idea what it could be but could use some reassurance and/or other ideas
