2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee Heat Not working! Help!?

I have a 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited with 105k miles, great shape, except this week I went to turn on the Heat, and well it blew out cold. I tried it several different times, also driving it long distance, which gave it plenty of time to warm up. Could it be the Heater Core, Blend Door...or what else?? Not sure, so any information would be helpful! Thanks a lot
