2001 jeep grand cherokee abs problem.?

started my jeep and the abs light and brake light came on, then heard a grinding noise coming from under the jeep. turned it off and turn it back on and the lights went off the dash and the noise quit. this is the second time in 2 months its happened. need help.

i whould say the caliper is locking up
