does it have left? It is advertised as "excellent mechanical condition".The engine looks and sounds to be in very good condition.
 
Jeep in-line six cylinders can easily get 200,000 mile or more if well maintained. I'm on my third (only because the first two were totaled) and each one had at least 160,000 on it when I bought it. The 4.0L I had had 219,000 miles on it and ran great until I slid into a guard rail. As long as the previous owner kept up on the oil changes and maintenance, you should get two years out of it.
