2001 Jeep battery was replaced last year. car won't start, and has NO power at all.

Chicago winter? ? 2001 jeep. I drove it Saturday, wouldn't start on Monday. It has no power to anything, not even locks. I replaced the battery last Jan. I live in Chicago, does the could weather factor into this? I tried to jump it, but it wouldn't start. Terminals and wires appear to be fine. I don't have a voltmeter. Help me please
 
i don't know what the seal is with batteries lately seems everyone i know the battery don't last more then a year if you have you're recite you may be able to get it warrantied another thing don't have anything plugged in when you go to get a new one radar detector,gps etc.. they will try to say that's why
 
always clean battery cables so if you didnt remove them and clean them thats what id do first cant really just look at them and know any jump sart it after that if ti dont start drive to any parts store or shop ask them to check charging system most places are free to check like auto zone
