If you are asking why the passenger front and both rear windows don't work the answer is that you have inadvertently pressed the "window lock" button. That button (or rocker switch) is located at the front of the switch panel on the driver's door armrest. there is usually a square button that has the picture of a window on it. when the button is pushed in (or out) all of the windows except the driver's window are locked so that a child sitting in the front or rear can't open the window and jump out while you are driving.
so push the button down and that should deactivate the window lock and you should be able to work the windows again.
as for the door locks, I don't know the what you are asking. if its about the child door locks that disable the ability to open the rear doors from the inside then the answer is that the child door lock switch is on the rear of the door where it closes into the car. you need to open the door from the outside and look at the part of the door that closes into the door jamb. you'll see a switch that moves up and down to either engage or disengage the child door lock
hope that helps
