2001 Honda Civic timing belt?

I have a 2001 honda civic which I had already replaced timing belt and water pump at 100,000km. Few days ago, I took my car to my local dealer for regular service and they "recommended" me to replace the timing belt and water pump again along with clutch fluid, transmission oil, but my car is only 165,000km now. Do I really need to replace the timing belt and water pump again? I am driving under normal conditions. Thank you for your opinions!!
