hey there, i have a 2001 honda civic ex 5 spd that is completely stock. I plan on buying this cold air intake

i am not entirely sure if this purchase is worth it. will i get a noticeable amount of power, or barely anything? will it give better mpg? and will my car sound different engine or exhaust wise? I plan on doing an exhaust system too so will that help any? sorry for stacking questions. also don't suggest other upgrades that are costly, im a 17 yr old working at mcdonalds
