2 days ago it was raining and i hit water and my car wont start. i changed the distributor cap and wires. it sounds like its about to start normally but it just wont start it doesn't have water in the oil or anything. it has a 4 cylinder engine. i dont think its the starter or alternator cause it sounds normal when i try to start it. but i maybe wrong. please help
