2001 honda accord radio and lighter stopped working?

so im driving down the street and all of a sudden my radio shuts off and my lighter stops working~which charges my phone!!! I go and change the fuses in the car and under the hood nothing is making a difference~can anyone help me please im desperate i have 2 kids and they need the music in the car~they are driving me insane!!lol
 
you got a fuse in the fuse panel marked accessory on it check that it controls the radio memory and other things ,there's also one marked for the radio main power supply either it or the one for the memory will be blown on it,and if you,ll use the owners manual it will tell you which one it is and its also located on the inside of the cover you remove for the fuse panel,good luck.
