2001 honda accord having trouble starting up?

As said above, my 2001 honda is having, yet again, more trouble.

When I try to start it for the first time in the morning it kind of sputters and takes a few seconds to start up. The rest of the day it is fine, and starts with no problem but just that initail start up of the day. I jsut think that with a car this new it shouldn't be having problems like this. I regularly get the oil changed and take care of my car, what could be doing this?
 
If you regularly get the oil change you might want to get the spark plugs checked, wires, also maybe get the starter cleaned that could help out too.
 
it sounds like your battery might be dying because after your car sits all night with out a charge in the morning it might be low and as it starts you drive it la de da your alternator kicks in and recharges it somewhat so i would just check your battery
