Hi this van has had a lot of prob's. I have fixed all the codes including misfires, bad injectors, banks too lean, etc. Specifically I changed EGR valve, PCV valve, PCV grommet, IAC valve, fuel injectors, fuel filter, camshaft / crank posistion sensor and sync assbly, the upper and lower intake manifold gaskets and new isolator bolts, new belt and belt tensioner, new spark plugs and I cleaned the mass air flow sensor.
BUT it stills runs rough at idle (1k prm), rough when below 2k rpm, and it misses outright at 4k rpm.
I took it to the Ford dealership once and it hasn't changed-still runs rough any ideas??
