2001 Ford Taurus wont start...With Brand New Battery?

I just put a new battery in it a month ago. Started fine in the morning for work, but wouldn't start at all after work....wont turn over or anything. Battery is good...all lights come on strong. All the electronics work but it just won't even make a noise when turning the key. The battery is full and the cables are fine and clean. It just won't turn over. Any ideas what need replacing / fixing? Thanks so much in advance for any assistance.
 
could be loose fitting cables or the alternator is bad not keeping battery charged,i'd bet the problem lies with the battery ,not enough cold cramking amps to work in very cold weather,,jump start and take it back to the point of purchase for assistance.
