2001 Ford Taurus bad ac compressor follow up?

I measured the belt routing minus the ac compressor, took measurement to Autozone got shorter replacement belt, put it on and works great. Now I can save money for the ac compressor for next year since I don't need ac for the winter, but Auto AC guy was very helpful just the same. Thanks for the help, this is a great forum
