This is a U series 3.0 OHV engine with 102,000 miles. I have run fuel system cleaner through and replaced the plug wire for that cylinder. Still getting hesitation and minor backfiring noises from under the hood. Codes that come up are for Cylinder 1 misfire and Cylinder 1 lean mixture. What is causing this?
