2001 Ford Sport Trac?

I am interested in buy a used 2001 Ford Sport Trac, It has 100,000 miles it, it is in good conditon. There are a few scratches on it but nothing major wrong with the paint. It has leather seats, a Tonneau covere, running side boards, and all the upgrades availiable. The guy wants $4,900 for it. What do you think is it a good deal, and do you have any opionon on 2001 Ford Sport Trac's.....
