2001 Ford Mustang Clutch pedal vibrating?

I just put a new clutch on about 3 weeks ago. The car was already doing this before i changed it. At idle to 2000 rpm the clutch pedal vibrates badly. I greased all the parts that ur supposed to. The flywheel was not in bad shape at all and only had .002 warpage on the dial indicator. It rattles over my radio its so loud.
 
Thge clutch plate must have a low rpm rattle in.

Or the first gears are out of sync. And need to be adjusted.

Get the tranny checked before you do some serious damage.
