2001 Ford F-150 Ac Problem?

I had my ford ac fixed a while back. It works great however, when I take a long drive the ac will still blow cold but after a while it will blow very weak. When it blows weak it will sound like its blowing really hard at the bottom front of the cab but no air is coming out the bottom. What is that?
 
Blend door actuator motor. Fords are kinda notorious for it. I have changed quite a few, the part isn't all that expensive, but the labor isn't so nice, they buried them on most vehicles.
