2001 FORD EXPEDITION MECHANICAL ISSUE?

My expedition has the electronic levelers, it seems I have a problem. The other day when I parked the expedition, we could hear what sounded like air coming from underneath the hood. The rear end of my suv is now sagging. I would really appreciate ANYONES help as to how to fix or what has caused this problem,. I am not sure what information someone needs to help me, so just let me know., Thanks
I now understand the term is ELECTRO PNEUMATIC SELF LEVELING
