i recently replace my transmission in a 2001 ford escape. 3 weeks later the check engine light came on the code indicated transmission slipping.
i toke it back to the shop because it was under warranty. they told me they need to replace the valve body.
was my transmission really rebuilt ? the valve body is the brain of the transmission. I paid 2000.00 for a rebuilt transmission.
