2001 ford escape. Passenger side door won't open from outside. How much

will it cost to fix? The passenger side front door will not open from the outside. the door has power locks and power windows. Can anybody tell me how much to fix it?
you're an idiot felix. you told me you couldn't tell me, then you gave me an estimate. but thanks. so far it will cost up to $300
