2001 f-150 to 2009 dodge journey?

ok so heres the thing...i have a 2001 ford f-150 and it has some normal 20 inch rims in it. i want to take those rims off and put them on a 2009 dodge journey we have..i just wanna see if that is possible..my dad sais that something wont fit..but i dont belive him..lol..so can any one tell me if rims from a f-150 can fit a dodge journey...and if you have a website or soemthing showing that i will appreciate it
