2001 Dodge Ram electrical problem; radio, mirrors and dome light quit working.?

My husband opened the cover to the light mounted to the inside of the hood to change the bulb and he broke the bulb and there was a short/spark. We haven't replaced it yet and now the radio, mirrors and dome light are dead. Any ideas?
We checked all fuses and can't figure it out.
