We had a mechanic tell us that the tie rod end that comes off the Pittman arm just off the steering column. We replaced that but that did not fix the problem. Symptoms: it started with a popping noise when turning right, and you could feel movement in the steering wheel when you moved it up and down. Now the noise seems to have gotten worse now that we replaced the tie rod end. Any suggestions? Thanks.
