2001 dodge ram 2500 diesel. starter ok, batteries new, ground wires and cables...

...ok, why wont it start? ugh help? I have been working on this truck for a couple of days now. perplexed because all components seem to be functioning correctly. Starter is good, batteries, cables, grounds (both engine and battery) are good. Seems like it may be something in the ignition, but power is getting to the relay switches etc....any ideas? Thanks for your help and consideration in this matter.
 
Sound like either the fuel injectors are not timed properly, or the fuel pump is not providing adequate pressure to the fuel rail.
