2001 Dodge Neon surging at mid to high revs?

Fuel pressure 58 lbs and new plugs and air filter new pcv good wires but surging at mid to high revs

Sounds like the transmission is about to go out. My mustang started doing that last year. Seems like from 30 to 35 mph's my rpm's would jump, followed by a hard shift. Then it became stuck in first gear. I would get it checked into a transmission shop asap.

I'm not a mechanic but that sounds like a lot of fuel pressure.
