I have a shop manual and discoverd the calibration procedure for the heater/ac control module. As the calibration process cycles through the calibration of each blend door I can hear 4 different door actuators working. Are there more than 4? I am leaning towards a aprtially clogged heater core. Is there away to flush any debris out of it or will need to be replaced. How do you test for it being clogged? Thanks in advance for the comments and help.
