out of the blue all my outside lights , head lights and brake lights flick on and off none stop , even with car shut off , the car has no alarm and everything is manual , very bad in chrysler? . any body has any idea , cause not even mechanics can think what it could be , they say that it got wet somewhere . never heard that one. helpppppp, .. when i shut the car off and all the lights work and flick , it feels the car is alive , i have to desconnect the battery for it to die ,, thanks.....
