We just bought a 2001 town and country with 166,xxx miles. (high, I know)
The car seemed to be fine during the test drive, put it on the freeway, and the only Light that was on was "ABS" and "BRAKE". We didn't care so much about that, car was braking fine, and thought it was minor.
Check engine light appeared along with Jerking after driving for awhile right when you need to take off, found out the transmission could be bad, and on top of it, there was something put in the transmission to cover it up.
It was bought from a dealer, and "as is", but the fact they were trying hide the transmission problem, is it worth sewing for?
Demand a different car, or get our money back?
