2001 chrysler sebring lxi?

My mother owns a 2001 Chrysler Sebring and the car is great besides the non working dash lights and the heat and air conditioner the dash lights have lost all total power and the heat and a/c do not work neither and i do not think the heat and a/c is due to a bad blower motor resister so if any one has any idea what is going on i would greatly appriciate it thanks-Chris
